CANCELLATION POLICY
Eclipse Mode reserves the right to cancel any order due to reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent transactions, or unforeseen operational issues.
If an order is cancelled by us after payment has been received, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Customers may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order has been dispatched, whichever is earlier.
Refunds, where applicable, are usually processed within 6–8 business days depending on the payment provider or banking partner.
If your order is lost during transit or cannot be delivered due to courier issues, we will either arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.
If the package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept the parcel and contact us immediately at support@eclipsemode.in with your order details and supporting photographs or videos.
Eclipse Mode reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders that are suspected to be fraudulent, placed using unauthorized payment methods, or intended for resale or misuse.
CASH ON DELIVERY POLICY
Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available on orders placed through our website.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Eclipse Mode, every product is carefully handcrafted and quality checked before dispatch. Since many of our products are handmade, slight variations in color, texture, or finish may naturally occur and are not considered defects.
We only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

The product has a manufacturing defect
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The request must be raised within 3 calendar days of delivery

The item must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging

Clear photographs and an unboxing video may be required for verification
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for products that show signs of use, damage caused after delivery, or tampering.
Once your request is reviewed and approved by our Quality Control team, you will receive further instructions regarding the return process. Return shipping costs may initially be borne by the customer. If the return is approved due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, reasonable courier charges may be reimbursed by Eclipse Mode.
RETURN PROCESS

Email us at support@eclipsemode.in within 3 days of receiving your order.

Share your order number along with clear photographs and an unboxing video showing the issue.

Our Quality Control team will review the request and confirm whether the return or exchange is approved.

Once approved, customers may be required to return the product using a reliable courier service as instructed by our support team.

After the returned product is received and successfully inspected, we will process the replacement or refund, as applicable.
REFUNDS MAY BE PROVIDED IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:
- Genuine manufacturing defects
- Wrong item delivered
- Package lost in transit
- Product damaged during shipping
- Order cancelled before dispatch
Approved refunds are generally processed within 6–8 business days and will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.
REFUNDS / RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:

Products returned in used, damaged, or altered condition

Minor variations in color, texture, polish, or finish due to handcrafted production or screen display differences

Requests raised after the specified return window

Products that are not damaged, defective, or incorrect
- For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings and certain accessories may not be eligible for return or exchange unless received in damaged or defective condition.
Products purchased during clearance sales, special promotional campaigns, or marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return or exchange unless received in damaged or defective condition.
Eclipse Mode reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request that does not meet the conditions mentioned in this policy.
