CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Eclipse reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met.
  • The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time, it’ll take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
  • If the order is cancelled by the customer (within 24 hours of placing the order), lost or undelivered to your preferred location, the whole order amount will be refunded.
  • In case your parcel is damaged or tampered with when you receive it, then please refuse to accept it.
  • You can call our customer care or mail us at [email protected] mentioning your order number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest or refund is provided

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

Before you return any Eclipse product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. Most of our products are handcrafted by traditional craftspeople, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from the other.

All our products go through quality control before shipping. Returns & Exchanges will ONLY be accepted if your order is damaged in transit or you have received the incorrect product. The product will be only exchanged if it is unworn and with original packaging.

5 STEPS TO MAKING A RETURN

  1. Please inform us within 3 days of receipt of the order. You must email at [email protected] to notify us.
  2. Before any return of the product, you need to send us a photograph of the product. Then it is up to the discretion of the Eclipse QC team to decide whether the product is approved for return.
  3. Products can be returned within 14 days from the time of receipt of goods at the customer’s end, only if goods are found in damaged or defective condition. No exchange is allowed in other cases. The customer needs to intimate us within 3 days of receipt of goods at their end for exchange.
  4. Once we have received your email and our Quality Control team has authorized the return, you need to send us the courier on your own.Courier cost will be redeemed once the courier is received by us. Once the courier is received, we will check the product and exchange it or the amount will be refunded.
  5. We will refund the purchase price of the jewelry and the shipping charges. Refunds will only be made after we have received the shipment in its original packaging. We are not liable for any returns that we were not notified about within 3 business days of product receipt.

REFUNDS WILL BE DONE IN THE FOLLOWING CASE:

  1. Genuine quality issues.
  2. Packages lost in transit.
  3. In case Eclipse discovers that a wrong item has been shipped to you.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:

  1. Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
  2. Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.
  3. After 3 failed delivery attempts by our respective courier agent.
  4. Package refused by recipient.
  5. Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
  6. Minor color and design variation. All products are handmade and use natural stones, so there may be some variation from the photographs on our website.
  7. If the jewelry is not faulty or damaged.
